If you don't mind being tightly packed while camping, it is ok. Nice Location, can hear the local traffic at camp site. Riverside activities are overrated. The pond is more like a swamp, it could be the time of year of my visit. Owner is great to deal with. Helpful, friendly staff. Camp store is not always staffed, but can be there in 5 minutes after using a walkie-talkie to contact.
I can not rate this place it was so bad we had to buy a rake to clean where we put the camper and the people there are very nasty. we got thrown out because we all where singing out loud with other camp sites around us. I had 4 kids and a camper to get packed up, the owner told me that I had a 1/2hr to get out. I asked if I could have 1 1/2 hr to get out because of my having 4 kids and he told my that its not his f****** problem, then the cops told me just to do it as quickly as possible.This campground was built on a swamp, and when it rained my friends were under water. The bugs there are soooo bad!!! this place is horrible. Ive been to a lot of camping places and this was the worst. I will never go back there
Horrible experience
The mosquito problem chased us out and cut our vacation 2 days early then we wanted to. Getting bit all day and all night should be their issues of having to fix the bus problem.
Excellent family oriented campground. Friendly staff and they go over and above to make sure you are very happy and have a great time. Many activities for adults and children. Clean warm pool. Clean facility. Plus 10-minutes from Lake George Village. Highly recommend to all.
