I called in a year ago for service and was given a very reputable service tech who I liked very much. This year when I called them due to changing phones and losing Mr. Rafferty's number I was given a person's name who was quite the opposite. He was very unprofessional, rude and didn't show up twice. Not only was I given a person I did not like one bit but they spoke ill of Kevin (I believe that was Mr. Rafferty's first name) and I thought that was EXTREMELY unprofessional for a company especially in such a small town. I would not recommend a crooked business such as this one!

We ordered a remote control for our gas fireplace insert. The salesman informed us the it would be "499". Since we have an old unit and can get a TV remote for $10 dollars we thought it was probably discounted. Little did we realize it was $499.00 dollars! When we stoped payment and called Cozy Cabin they informed us not to worry that our money would be refunded so we lifted the stop payment. When the FEDEX delivery arrived we did not accept it and returned it immediately. Little did we know that Cozy Cabin would charge us a $122.74 restocking fee. We talked to Cozy Cabin a number of times to no avail. Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this company. Once they have your money good luck. We are now in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau and our Attorney General's Office.
I ordered a conversion kit for my Vermont castings stove, cost $100 bit high but they had it. It came with a tiny gas valve part. Included with the part was a notice that now I needed orifices as well. I called for those and they wanted $200.00 for 2!!!!!! Highway Robbery!!! The parts cost less than $10.00 to manufacture!! This place is a scam rip-off and I will write reviews everywhere I can.
Horrible. By far the worst parts distributor I have dealt with in 20+ years. Multiple orders. First the wrong part was listed, took over a month to get the right one, they double billed me, sent an extra burner, I ordered a couple other parts after that order.....still don't have them and no communication. Either this place is run out of a garage or by 12 year olds. Somehow they have the rights to Lennox fireplaces....somehow. Please give up the Lennox parts to a real company. Real companies need parts....
