We used Anytime Taxi for one of our fire department events, the weather was horrible, snowing, icy, ... The driver was awesome, got us all home safe and sound. Great customer service, would recommend them and will be requesting their services again.
I honestly don't know why the last customer gave this company a one star review, they are absolutely amazing. I don't have a car and there is no buses available where I live so I am obligated to take a cab for grocery shopping and just to get out a bit. I have been using this service since the beginning and have never had a problem. The cars are clean and reliable. The drivers are fantastic and kind. Always on time and I never have to call to see when they will arrive, unlike other cab companies I have used in the past. And of course the dispatcher, Jessie, will do everything in her power to make sure that your ride is outstanding from start to finish. This is a great company, and I look forward to continuing my business with them.

Very poor customer service. Called your company a month ago to make reservations for May 20th pick up. Jessie was helpful on the phone, however last night we called to confirm everything, got no answer. I left a message to get a call back nothing in 24 hours. We booked our transportation with another company. Very lousy customer service. You should not say you are going to do a job and then not do it, or not even have the respect to call the customer back.
